Elsevier has partnered with Copyright Clearance Center's RightsLink to provide access to selected health-oriented journals for patients and caregivers through new service, PatientACCESS. This another option alongside our patient inform program where patients and their caregivers can obtain the latest research and medial information for a low cost fee. Articles are emailed within 24 hours for personal use with a maximum of 5 articles per patient or caregiver.

How does it work?
Accessing information through PatientACCESS is a simple process of three steps:
1. After locating the relevant article, readers just click on the link "Get rights and content" in the right-hand pane on the article page.
2. The following pop up will appear in your browser. Select "PatientACCESS" from the drop down menu.
3. Following this selection, a reader then follows the steps to order the article for a small fee after which the article will be emailed directly to them for their personal use.
